Max E. Hicks Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Max E. Hicks of Hoisington, Kansas, born in Chelsea, Oklahoma, who passed away on February 22, 2021 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. Hicks and Lily Mae Hicks (Adamson); and his siblings, Eugene, Lyle, Marvin Hicks, Edith Swalley, Sarah Dodd, Pauline Wilson, Opal Heape and Maxine Hicks.
He is survived by: his wife Betty L. Hicks; his daughters, Rhonda Piland (Randy) of Hoisington and Becky Ritter (Keith) of Hoisington; his brother Alva Hicks (Virginia) of Cape Carteret; his grandchildren, Jatim Wagner (Cory) of Olmitz and Justin Piland (Tanya) of Hoisington; and his great grandchildren, Braydin Piland, Logan Wagner and Lane Wagner.
