We are sad to announce that on August 12, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Mary Ellen Herres of Hoisington, Kansas, born in White Hall, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Hans William and Marian Broberg (Winn); her husband James Edward "Eddie" Herres; and her brother Dr. William Broberg of Hoisington. She is survived by: her children, Blake E and Kim A. Herres of Atlanta, GA.; her sister Elizabeth Bowers (Shannon); and her granddaughters, Addie Baird (Zach), Sarah Linsner (Kevin) and Hannah Herres. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren; and two nieces and two nephews.
Memorials may be given to the Clara Barton Hospital Foundation, the Hoisington Library, or the Golden Belt Humane Society, in care of Nicholson-Ricke Funeral Home, PO Box 146, Hoisington, KS 67544.
