He was predeceased by: his parents, Ardis M. Summers (Layton) and Carl Garman; his wife Luella Jane Garman; his grandparents, B. Walter and Nancy Layton; and his grandson Tre'Lewis Cherry.
He is survived by: his children, Angela Brown of Wichita, KS, Rebecca Pierce of Hoisington, KS, Nancy Garman of Wichita, KS and Gabriel Garman (Trudi) of Covington, OK.; his stepchildren, Shannon Bryant and Jeffrey Menzer; his grandchildren, Alexis Wiesner (Tyson), Taylor Crawford (Bailey), Alexander Brown, Sydney Crawford (Ryan), Makenzie Marbutt (Jeremy), Blake Garman (Alexis) and Adam Mannie; his great grandchildren, Jaxx, Maxx, Emersyn Wiesner, Greysen, Oakleigh Crawford, Adrian Brown, Adeline, Violet Garman and Tanner McFarlane; and his sisters, Jo Anderson (Andy) of Mexico, MO and Carla Hill (John) of Russell, KS. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, great nephews and nieces and great-great nephews and nieces and many friends.
