He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Urban and Ann Urban (Tinkel). He is survived by: his siblings, Tom Urban (Barbara), Patty Polzin (Duane) and Geneva Applebee (Dennis); and his nieces and nephews, Travis Urban, Timothy Urban, Tiffany Urban, Tanner Polzin, Turner Polzin, Ryan Applebee, Tucker Applebee and Jalisa Applebee. He is also survived by nine grandnieces and grandnephews.
