We are sad to announce that on December 5, 2020, at the age of 67, John Francis Yanda of Hoisington, Kansas, born in Quinter, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Yanda and Lugarda Yanda (Ziegler); his son Brian Yanda; and his grandson Connor Mitchell. He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his daughters, Jennifer Michaelis (Marty) of Hoisington and Melissa Davis (Mike) of Hoisington; his grandchildren, Owen Michaelis, Evan Michaelis, Cameron Yanda, Aaron Yanda, Daegan Davis and Danielle Davis; and his siblings, Joseph Yanda (Jeannie) of Ellis and Leatte Bandy (Bruce) of Colby.
Memorials may be given to the Clara Barton Hospital Foundation or St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church or Knights of Columbus Council 1521, in care of Nicholson-Ricke Funeral Home, PO Box 146, Hoisington, KS 67544.
