With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James William Gray of Hoisington, Kansas, born in Russell, Kansas, who passed away on June 23, 2020 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James W. Gray and Jane Workman Gray; his stepfather James C. Miller; and his son Douglas Johnson Gray. He is survived by: his sister Kala Miller Kurtz (Roger); and his nephews, Brandon Kurtz (Shelby) and Jason Kurtz (Sierra Schmitt).

Memorials may be given to American Legion Post 286, Hoisington, in care of Beckwith Mortuary, PO Box 477, Larned, KS 67550.
