He was predeceased by: his father Gary Dee Smith; and his brother Ricky Smith. He is survived by: his mother Janice Marie Smith (Cates) of Great Bend; his wife Dee Ann Smith; his daughters, Presley, Delaney and Addison Smith of Hoisington; and his brothers, Michael Smith (Jo) of Great Bend and Chris Smith (Stephanie) of St. John. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
