He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Soukup and Clare Soukup; his siblings, Tom (Carla), Mike (Karan) and Joni; and his grandchildren, Max, Ian, Jay and Molly.
He is survived by: his children, Matthew (Chrissie) of St. Louis, Laura Schlessiger (John) of Claflin, Daniel (Delena) of Overland Park, Br. Karel, Atchison and Kan; and his siblings, Louise (Leo), Steve (Janie), Jim (Caroline), Pat (Dio) and Fred. He is also survived by wife of 48 years, his children and twelve grandchildren.
