He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Margheim and Martha Margheim (Brack); and his brother Ronald Margheim. He is survived by: his former wife Cynthia (Ferguson); his daughters, Justina Yott of Hoisington, Joni Margheim of Salina and Angel Clark of Albert; and his grandchildren, Dylan Yott, Dayne Yott, Deryk Yott, Layla Redetzke, Paige, Kaylin, Jace Jacobs, Chanler, Tessa and Trista Riley.
