He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred F. Brack and Josephine Brack (Mosby); and his siblings, J. D., William "Bill" Underwood, Ellie Hospadka, Sally Basham, Kay Bredfeld and Barbara Jean Underwood.
He is survived by: his sons, Shawn (Paige Brack) of Mullinville and Jay Brack of Mullinville; his grandchildren, Canyon (Cody Hamm), Tye (Coulter Croft), Woodrow Brack, James Brack, Cash Brack and Samuel Chappell; and his great grandchildren, Kendall, Parker, Leighton Hamm, Jade and Taytum Croft.
