It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alan Douglas Ochs of Hoisington, Kansas, born in Ransom, Kansas, who passed away on July 4, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gwenola Ochs, Jr. (Bagley) and Henry Ochs; his stepfather Ivan Christy; his stepbrother Steve Christy; and his stepdaughter Brenda.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kerry Lynn Brady of Ariz, Justina Ochs of Stafford and Angela Ochs of Hoisington; his siblings, Lin Ochs (Henry Porter) of Goodyear and Owen Ochs (Deanna) of Hoisington; his grandchildren, Bailey Kelly, Mercedes Gross, Jaylan Cartwright and Kataija Ochs; his stepsiblings, Phil Christy (Marsha), Bob Christy (Leora), Cathy Ennis (Bill) and Richard Christy (Brenda); and his stepchildren, Wendell, Ruby, Michael, Mary, Linda and Orlin. He is also survived by numerous step grandchildren and step great-grandchildren.
