He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jonathan J Ratzlaff and Marie Plenert Ratzlaff; his wife Ruth; his siblings, Harvey, Merlie Friesen and Irma Koop; and his children, Kenneth (Virginia) of Lawrence, KS, Ronald (Nancy) of St. Charles, MO, David (Elizabeth) of Batavia, IL, Marilyn Lovinger (Warren) of Nevada, MO and Eugene (Jewel) of Hopewell Junction, NY. He was also cherished by 14 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
