It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jon Marvin Friesen (Hillsboro, Kansas), born in Dallas, Oregon, who passed away on September 29, 2022, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Karen Friesen (Garrison). He is survived by: his father Orley Friesen; his wife Dawn Jenkins; his parents-in-law, Susan Buchwald of Herington and Tom Jenkins (Jean) of New Mexico; his sister Kimberly Simms (Scott) of Oregon; his sister-in-law Kristi Michaelson (Kurt) of Oklahoma; and his nieces and nephews, Crystal Beynon, Becky Connolly, Kaleb Michaelson and Kyle Michaelson. He is also survived by four great nieces and nephews.
