It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Florence Oblander of Hillsboro, Kansas, born in Goessel, Kansas, who passed away on September 17, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Peters and Ruth Peters (Schroeder); her children, Burt Oblander, Wendy Daniel (Peter), Beckenham, England, Gene Oblander (Janine) of Greeley, CO and Kim Frantz (Jonas); her sister Judi Dunn; her grandchildren, Chris Oblander, Julie Oblander, April Zink, Rachel Daniel and Sarah Daniel; her great grandchildren, Dalis, Haley, Harlee, Isaac, Kamin and Jason; her husband Virgil Oblander; and her sister Georgia Medley.
