It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Carolyn Ray of Hillsboro, Kansas, born in Council Grove, Kansas, who passed away at the age of 75, on January 15, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Roberts (Holm) and Fred Roberts; and her brother Larry. She is survived by: her husband Harvey Ray (Navy); her children, MaLinda Moomey (Steven) and DeWayne (Kathy); her grandchildren, Jennifer, Robyn, Stacie, Nicholas, Daniel, Thomas and Rachel; and her brothers, Marvin (Donna), Gerry (Tracey) and Gary (Ann). She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Parkerville Baptist Church (209 Oliver-Parker Street, White City, Kansas 66872). Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Hillsboro American Legion (405 Floral Dr, Hillsboro, KS 67063).
