He is survived by: his wife Betty Seibel of Hillsboro; his children, Mark Seibel (Patty) of Asheville, Doug Seibel (Barbara) of Greenville and Tonja Nansel (Michael) of Rockville, Maryland; his sister Joyce Funk of Hillsboro; and his grandchildren, Kristen (Michael Buck) of Greensboro and Andrew Seibel of Raleigh.
