He is survived by: his parents, Randy Harper and Judy Harper (Toll) of Hill City; his wife Michaela Morris; his sons, Joshua of Hill City and Shawn of Hill City; his sister Tracy Paxson (Mike); and his niece Baylor Paxson of Lincoln, NE. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins & friends.
