With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sidney Hargis (Highland, Kansas), born in Endicott, Nebraska, who passed away on January 13, 2020 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Jackson Hargis and Cora Margaret Crouse Hargis; and his siblings, James Jackson Hargis, Jr. and Ruth Jeanette Whitehead. He is survived by: his wife Wilma Jeanne; and his children, Mary Lynn Roberts (Daryl) of Kansas City, MO, Nancy Cavanah (Dave) of Warrensburg, MO and Bill Hargis (Shirley) of Highland, KS. He is also survived by eight grandsons, 12 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
