It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Batchelder of Highland, Kansas, born in Saint Joseph, Missouri, who passed away on September 22, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his niece Bobbie Lyn Chauza. He is survived by: his sisters, Beverly Montgomery (Terry) of Sabetha and Patti Chauza (Bob) of West Jordan, UT; his half-brother Buddy Noah of Phoenix, AZ; his niece Christi; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Daniel, Alex, Ryan Montgomery and Keira Grant; and his nephew Wesley Grant.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Highland Community Meal Center which may be sent in care of Chapel Oaks Funeral Home, PO Box 33, Highland 66035.
