It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Frances Monson of Hiawatha, Kansas, who passed away on March 14, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Virginia Frances departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Virginia Frances. Though Virginia Frances may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Andrew and Doris Irene Adams (Guffy); and her siblings, Carol Naftzger and Harold Adams. She is survived by: her children, Bradley Monson (Loree) of Everest, KS, Brian Monson (Mitzi) of Overland Park, KS and Shari Brown (Ron) of Richmond, MN; and her sister Sharon Bohannon (Bill) of Denison, KS. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Larkinburg Christian Church.
