He is survived by: his spouse Gail Hammontree; his daughter Ginger Phillips-Farr of Harrisonville, MO; his siblings, Robert Phillips of Oakley, KS, Kathryn Shanholtzer of McCune, KS and Lois Tredway of Parsons, KS; his granddaughters, Syria Castaneda and Sydney Farr; and his nieces and nephews, Troy Kolb and Robyn Kolb of Hiawatha.
