He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Bolen and Leota Bolen (Hawn). He is survived by: his children, Josh Bolen (Sherry) of De Soto, KS and Patty White of Kansas City, MO; and his siblings, Mike Bolen (Sue) of Wellsville, KS, Ernie Bolen of De Soto, Tim Bolen (Ann) of Baldwin, KS, Sharon Vest of Ozark, AR, Vicki and Haulmark of De Soto, KS. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
