It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn Oltjen of Hiawatha, Kansas, born in Bendena, Kansas, who passed away on October 25, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Albers and Goldie Albers (Laverentz); her siblings, Warren Albers, Byron Albers, Wayne Albers, Dorothy Scholz, Lorene Roberts and Donna Klebe; and her daughter-in-law Julie Oltjen.
She is survived by: her sister Janice Dahl; her sister-in-law Kathy Albers; and her husband Max E. Oltjen.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in care of Chapel Oaks Funeral Home may be made to Upper Wolf Lutheran Church, Robinson KS, or Chapter HU P.E.O local scholarship fund made in her honor.
