It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Judith Leann Thomas in Hiawatha, Kansas, born in Horton, Kansas, who passed away on February 5, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Hedrick and Lucile Hedrick (Bestwick); and her husband Bill. She is survived by: her children, Lorelei "Lori", Lori Halfhide (Scott) of Concordia, KS and Matt Thomas (Tina) of Horton; her grandchildren, Kody, Kasey Halfhide of Concordia, Connor Thomas of Horton and Sarah Delaney of Concordia; her great great grandchild Johnathan Reddick of Concordia; and her cousin Audrey Murphy (John) of Citrus Springs, FL.. She is also survived by her aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Heart of Jackson Humane Society in Holton, KS or the National Orphan Train Complex in Concordia, KS. and may be sent in care of the Dishon-Maple-Chaney Mortuary in Horton, Kansas.
