It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Moore (Hiawatha, Kansas), born in Rushing, Arkansas, who passed away on November 10, 2018, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Joseph Garland; and her grandson Ben. She is survived by: her parent Wilma Orvella Badberry Nelms; and her spouse John A. Moore. She is also survived by four children; five siblings in northwest Arkansas; seven grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
