He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Kreuzburg and Mary Kreuzburg (Barnhisel); his former wife Patty; his siblings, Lester, Arthur, Julia Kern and Kathryn Wiltz; his brothers-in-law, Michael Kern, Ed Wiltz and Richard Cramer; and his close friend Howard Wenger.
He is survived by: his wife Rose McNett; his son David Kreuzburg (Jessie) of Topeka, KS; his granddaughter Brenda Thonen (Kevin) of Hiawatha; his stepchildren, Mike Spicer (Tammy) of Fairview and Karen Roland; his sister Mary Cramer (Salina); and his sister-in-law Olive Kreuzburg of Colony, KS. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM and on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Chapel Oaks Funeral Home (124 S 7th St, Hiawatha, KS 66434). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Eternal Life Chapel Oaks Funeral Home (124 S 7th St, Hiawatha, KS 66434).
