We are sad to announce that on September 10, 2019, at the age of 84, John Gernon (Hiawatha, Kansas), born in Sabetha, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. and Kathleen; and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his wife Charlene (Doll) of Wright, Kansas; his children, Craig (Ximena Garcia), Crosby (Jill Bush), Shelby (Mike Bange) and Amy (Steve Edwards); his grandchildren, Erin, John, Summer, Matthew, Lauren, David, Christopher, Jacob, Quinlyn, Elliott, Hope and Leah; his sister Maureen Ong; and his friends, Jim Scherer, Dennis Fisher and Jerry Miller.
Memorials may be made to St. Ann's Catholic Church or Hiawatha Community Hospital.
