He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Ellis and Raye McMahon Ellis; and his son David. He is survived by: his wife Deb; his daughters, Joey May (Jeff) of Hiawatha and Jessica Chartier (Mike) of Hiawatha; and his close friends, Jason and Jared Brown. He is also survived by his ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, many cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chapel Oaks Funeral Home (124 S 7th St, Hiawatha, KS 66434).
