She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Penkava and Antonia Vetrosky Penkava; her husbands, Otto Blecha and Ernest; her children, Judy Bestwick and Jere Herold; her son-in-law Clair Berkley; and her siblings, Eva Mae, Emilie Hubka, Victor, Frank, Millie Znamenacek, Jerry, Edward, Lester, Elmer and Irene Blecha.
She is survived by: her daughters, Doris Marteny of Hiawatha, Linda Berkley of Hiawatha, Mary Herbster (Robert) of Sabetha and Marcia Salyer (Steve) of Wellsville; her siblings, Alfred Penkava and Elma Lee Buchholz; and her sisters-in-law, Dorothy Penkava and Erma Jean Penkava. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, with numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
