Delbert Gibbs Jr. Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 12, 2019, at the age of 83, Delbert Gibbs Jr. (Hiawatha, Kansas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Sr. Gibbs and Mellissa Solomon Gibbs; his stepdaughter Vickie Paul; and his siblings, Lillian Gladhart, Robert "Bud" Gibbs, Joe Gibbs, Naomi Flett, Mary Burnett and Harry Gibbs.

He is survived by: his wife Glenna Hellwig; his sons, Dennis (Sherry) of Hiawatha and Delwin (Lisa); his siblings, Rebecca Spaight of Hiawatha and Jerry Gibbs of Kansas City; and his grandchildren, Brandon, Cody, Ashlee, Emily, Kayla, Brandi, Melissa and Sarah. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
