She was predeceased by: her parents, William Brook and Dorothy Huber Brook; her stepchildren, Bill Gaede, Jr. and Debbie Helms; her sisters, Wilma Fischer, Mary Ellen Schoonover and Patricia Brook; and her grandson Joseph Douglas Kaufman.
She is survived by: her spouse Bill Gaede; her children, Kenny Kaufman (Mary) of Hiawatha, David Kaufman (Georgia) of Hiawatha, Kim McQueen (Brian) of Hiawatha and Lyn Henry (Brian) of Shawnee, KS; her stepson Terry Gaede of Johnson, NE; and her siblings, John Brook (Sandy) of Grain Valley, MO, Ben Brook (Deborah) of Colby, MO and Pauline Blanton of Hiawatha. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-granddaughter.
