Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Phyllis Jean Plaster of Hiattville, Kansas, who passed away at the age of 82, on October 28, 2024. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Virgil Fricke and Helen Fricke; her husband Steve; her daughter Jennifer (Jen); her former husband Andy Hall; her children, Marley Jeane and Julie; her former husband Garrett Bechtel; her children, Reagan, Joshua and Grady; her former spouses, Jacob Van Proyen and Nic Hannigan; her children, Anakin and Rohan; her cousins, Warrensburg, Concordia, Kathy Wilburn, Connie Skelton, Mary Siard and Carl Ray Colson; and also, Dietrich, Harrison, Erica, Rachel, Alli, Luke, Zane, Cheyenne, Josephine, Grant and Olivia. She was also cherished by three children, eleven grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cheney Witt Chapel (201 S Main St, Fort Scott, KS 66701). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Hiattville United Methodist Church.
Memorials are suggested to the First Southern Baptist Church, Fort Scott and may be left in care of the Cheney Witt Chapel, PO Box 347, 201 S. Main St., Fort Scott, KS 66701.
