She was predeceased by: her father Leonard Westerman; and her spouse Waldean Wedel. She is survived by: her mother Ethel Westerman (Werner); her children, Wendy Seger (Lyle), Janelle Brunner (Ted), Christopher Wedel (Dawn) and Corey Wedel (Teresa); her grandchildren, Rachel Seger Cobos (Denis), Hannah Lytle (Brandon), Tyler Wedel (Shelbie), Caitlyn LaHaye (Grant), Jacey Morrison (Braedon), Kira Jeffries (Tyrell) and Aaron Wedel; and her great grandchildren, Samuel, Oliver, Banks, Kanton and Addison.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Schowalter Villa Chapel (200 W Cedar St, Hesston, KS 67062). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the West Zion Cemetery (2103 Arrowhead Rd, Moundridge, KS 67107). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Schowalter Villa Chapel (200 W Cedar St, Hesston, KS 67062).
