She was predeceased by: her father Alvin R. Jr. Schmidt; her husband David C. Mills; and her nephew Brent Dickerson. She is survived by: her mother Catherine Schmidt (Wherrell) of Hesston; and her siblings, Daniel Schmidt (Carol) of Haysville, LaDena Self of Hesston, Sonia Buchta (Brad) of Halstead and Jerry Schmidt (MariShawn) of Hillsboro. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
