It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard E Janzen of Hesston, Kansas, who passed away on August 23, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard E Janzen to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman S. Janzen and Linda Janzen (Peters); his wife Charlene Myers; and his siblings, Elden Janzen and Anna Marie Heibert.

He is survived by: his children, David Janzen (Lynett) of Hesston and Sharon Plummer (Dale); his grandchildren, Travis, Clint, Chad Janzen, Thomas and Kensey Plummer; and his great grandchildren, Grace, Evan, Owen, Abbie, Levi, Benjamin, Ava and Clementine Janzen.

Memorials may be made to the Newton Bible Church and left in care of Petersen Funeral Home.
