With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Prouty of Hesston, Kansas, born in Garden City, Kansas, who passed away on November 11, 2020 at the age of 85. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Phyllis Prouty to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Admer Lefort and Marceline Lefort (Bombardier); her husband Ted Prouty Sr.; and her brother Charles. She is survived by: her children, Rick Prouty (Diane) of Hesston, Butch Prouty (Dee) of Sedgwick, Lisa Schmidt (Kevin) of Sedgwick and Maggie Smet (Craig) of Newton; and her sisters, Judy Tincher of Olathe, Louise Buell of Garden City, Pat Cranston of Salina and Mary Kay Flanery of Kingsland Texas. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
