She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Nichols and Susanna Nichols (Smith); her husband Marvin "Bill" Wenger; her children, Steven Wenger of North Newton, Kansas, Joan Brubacher (Michael) of Scottsdale, Arizona, Melanie Wenger (David Flynn) of Annapolis, Maryland and Denise Matthews (Harry) of Olathe, Kansas.; her grandchildren, Jaimee Grisoni (Thomas), Lauren Brennan (Shawn), Kelsey Matthews and Justin Matthews; and her great grandchildren, Lucas Michael, Gabriela Susanne, Luciana Ines, Christian Nicholas Grisoni, Jack Edward and Everly Naomi Brennan. She was also cherished by her sons-in-law and her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
The family suggests memorial contributions to the Carriage Factory Art Gallery or Trinity Heights United Methodist Church, in care of Petersen's Funeral Home.
