She was predeceased by: her parents, Perry Stutzman and Lela Stutzman. She is survived by: her husband Jim Blough; her sister Delores Headings (Sanford); her children, Cedric Blough (Becky) and Vania Winsor (Michael); and her grandchildren, Emma Blough, Kira Blough, Lela Winsor, Cyrus Blough and Zoe Winsor. She is also survived by many sisters- and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, and cherished friends.
