He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Hostetler and Ida Hostetler (Miller); his daughter Carol Jean Hostetler; and his siblings, Edwin Hostetler, Mary Brenneman and Ruth Anna Hostetler.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean Hershberger; his sons, Keith Hostetler (Beth) of Hesston, Charles Hostetler (Karla) of Hesston and Kurt Hostetler (Shawn) of Newton; his siblings, Leslie Hostetler of Kalona, IA and Emma Jean Miller of Kalona, IA; and his siblings-in-law, Susie Hostetler of Kalona, IA, Ruth Hershberger of Wellman, IA, Phyllis Hershberger of Wellman, IA, Alice Mary Hershberger of Florida, Mary Miller of Indiana and Carroll Hershberger of Iowa. He is also survived by five grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
