He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Oliver Bergey and Elizabeth Bergey (Ruth); his wife Betty Rice; his children, Jack Bergey of Vail, CO, Diana Hershberger (Phil) of Topeka, KS and Priscilla Bergey of Burlin, Germany; and his sister Mary Hope Cartegena (Eddie) of Tuscon, AZ. He was also cherished by four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
