Arthur Dick Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Arthur Dick of Hesston, Kansas, born in New Hamburg, Ontario, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 20, 2024 at the age of 90. He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac and Katharina; his wife Betty; and his siblings, Jac Friesen, Bill Dick, Johnny Dick, Edward Dick and Frieda Menzel (Dick).
He is survived by: his daughters, Julie (Dick) Sparks (Jeff) (Dick) of Newton and Amy (Dick) Morgan (Steve) (Dick) of San Antonio; and his grandsons, Michael Morgan and Jack Morgan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Salvation Army, Doctors Without Borders, or the Arthur R. Dick Lectureship fund at KU Endowment.
