Though Ruth Elaine may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Ruth Elaine leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Carl and Selma Magdline Schlesener (Peters); and her spouse Nola Ezra Bond, Jr. (John). She is survived by: her children, Mary Boardman of McPherson, Debby Gustafson of Hutchinson and John Bond (Eva) of Clay Center; and her grandchildren, Jeff Carlson, Jenny Foote (Josh), Kylee Kimbrough and AJ Bond. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Yazel-Megli Funeral Homes – Herington Chapel (404 S Broadway St, Herington, KS 67449).
