He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto and Clara (Brockmeier); and his siblings, Roy, Otto F. (Junior), Richard and Esther.
He is survived by: his wife Mildred Gehrke (Kohls); his children, Jolene Werner (Aaron) of Alta Vista and David Gehrke (Rita) of Herington; his grandchildren, Ashley Tyner (Adam) of Wamego, Beau Werner (Kelcey) of Dwight, Lauren Gehrke (Nicole) of Spring Hill and Mitchell Gehrke (Jessica) of Herington; his great grandchildren, Dylan, Kaden, Hudson Tyner of Wamego, Alysia Werner of Dwight and Brooks Gehrke of Herington; his brother Clarence Gehrke of Herington; and his sister-in-law Frances Gehrke of Herington. He is also survived by four brothers and one sister and his parents.
