She is survived by: her daughter Virginia; her son-in-law Clancey Livingston of Manhattan, KS; her sister Christine; her brother-in-law Col. John Valaika of Leland, NC; her nephew Michael Valaika; and her niece Michelle Rives.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Yazel-Megli Funeral Homes – Herington Chapel (404 S Broadway St, Herington, KS 67449). A rosary was held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. John Catholic Church (716 Broadway, Herington, KS 67449).
