Merrifield of Herington, Kansas, born in Wichita, Kansas, who passed away on November 13, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Merrifield and Iris Merrifield (Surtees). He is survived by: his wife Sandra Jean MacDonald; his children, Shane MacDonald of Hillsboro, Kansas and Shonna Llamas (Mario) of Newton, Kansas; his siblings, Mike Merrifield (Maryn), Steve Merrifield and Ann Johnson of Wichita, Kansas; and his granddaughter Sadie MacDonald.
