He was predeceased by: his parents, Maynard W. Kline and Rosina Mary Kline (Blochlinger); and his daughter Joni Dawn. He is survived by: his wife Deanna Jo Chase; his daughters, Julie Brooks (Thomas) of Bucyrus, KS, Jaqua Ochoa (Jim) of Stillwell, KS and Jamea Kline of Overland Park, KS; his siblings, Rosalie Shroyer (Delbert) of Marshall, MO and Maynard Kline (Judy) of Longmont, CO; his grandchildren, John, Jessica, Sarah, Merissa and Gabriella; and his great grandchildren, Cooper, Madi, Trenton, Nolan, Jack and Andy.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to: Home Care & Hospice of Manhattan and they may be sent to: Yazel-Megli-Zeiner Funeral Home, 404 S. Broadway, Herington, KS, 67449-3038.
