In loving memory of James Pilcher (Herington, Kansas), who departed this world on February 22, 2025 at the age of 80. James leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Pilcher and Hattie Mae Pilcher (Read); and his brother Roger Pilcher. He is survived by: his wife Gail Pilcher of Hope; his children, Jamie, Mark Hilt of Peoria, AZ, Sean, Heather Pilcher of Salina, Brandee and Jason Gentz of Herington; and his grandchildren, Aidan Pilcher, Maycee Hilt, Landen Pilcher, Kallee Hilt, Maddox Gentz and Micah Gentz.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Our Redeemer Lutheran Church (802 E Trapp St, Herington, KS 67449). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. John's Lutheran Church (2124 KS-4, Herington, KS 67449).
