He was predeceased by: his parents, Zora "Joker" and Margaret Burns (Sorenson); his brother Bernard Burns; and his great grandchild Brylee Burns. He is survived by: his wife Carol Say of Delavan; his children, Dylan Burns (LeAnn) of Edmund, OK, Victor Burns (Gail) of Lincolnville, Doyle Burns (Pam) of Wichita and Vicki Wolf (Jason) of Medora; his grandchildren, Tyler Burns, Natalie Marks (Alex), Travis Burns (Kayla), Bridgette Hamm (Jesse), Jesse Crump, Katie Burns, Dusty Wolf and Dakota Wolf; his great grandchildren, Ruby Marks, Sawyer Hamm, Chev Reimer and Braxton Wolf; and his brother Everett Burns.
