He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Otis and Rena Otis (Peterson); and his brothers, Bobby and Gene. He is survived by: his former wife Frances May Fisher; his wife Fran Otis; his daughters, Pam Molz, Lori Spurgeon (Larry) of Rio Rancho and Kristi Kling (Matthew) of Minneapolis, Minnesota; his sister Debbie Bryant (Jim) of Valley Center, Kansas; and his grandchildren, Erin, Megan Spurgeon, Henry and Natalie Kling.
