Bernice Diekmann Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernice Diekmann of Herington, Kansas, who passed away on December 3, 2020, at the age of 106, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Bernice Diekmann to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Karl L. Lawrenz and Olga Pauline Caroline Lawrenz (Ohm); her brothers, Harry, Elmer, Charles and LeRoy (Buddy); and her husband Alvin Henry David Diekmann.
She is survived by: her son Bob Diekmann (Faye) of Latimer, KS.; her granddaughter Patty (Mark Carson) of Wilsey, KS.; her great grandchildren, Dustin Carson (Kaylee), Lori Carson and Samantha Horton; her great great grandchildren, Emma, Hayden, Haddie Jo and Mackenzie; her sister Rosetta; and her sisters-in-law, Emma Lawrenz and Velda Lawrenz. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In March of this year, with the arising of COVID-19 and Bernice having some health issues, she moved in with her granddaughter Patty and her husband Mark.
